About Ann Whitcomb

As one of the founding partners of Metro East, Ann Whitcomb is an Arden Hills native and began her career by earning a degree in Human Resource Management and Accounting from University of Saint Thomas.

An accomplished business owner and entrepreneur, she has achieved many professional successes including building Little Victories Child Care from the ground-up. Beginning as just a concept in Ann’s mind, she developed Little Victories into a business plan, opened it, and endured the growing pains of building a new small business. Within five years Little Victories had grown to care for over 100 children a week by a staff of over 25 employees. After successfully operating the child-care for several years, Ann sold the business in 2013.

Ann has managed all payroll and bookkeeping duties for Metro East Commercial, including its multiple rental investment properties, for over 20 years and has built a quality reputation for bookkeeping. Along with managing all Metro East finances, she also is trusted by many local small business owners to assist them in payroll, collections, bill pay and lease management.

A mother to adult children, she loves anything that has to do with her kids and their activities. She also enjoys golf, gardening and travel.
